Our Team

Martina J. Hill B.S

Curriculum Coordinator

Tina Hill is our Curriculum Coordinator at Scottsdale Children’s Institute. She develops the learning material and lessons for the children in our program. Tina currently has her Bachelor of Science in Sociology, from Indiana University. She recently completed her master’s in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology. Tina is very passionate about children and providing them with quality experiences. She has found joy in working to establish a safe learning environment for children to develop and grow academically. She has worked hands-on with parents to establish unique ways to teach children. Tina’s areas of expertise include implementing research-based instructional practices, managing day-to-day mechanisms of a classroom, and developing teachers. Her experience includes 9 years of teaching children between the ages of 1 and 6 years. Tina found Scottsdale CI and fell in love with our company mission and the integral work we do for those in our program. Outside of work Tina enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, singing, practicing yoga, and volunteering through her organization with children and their families to provide valuable resources.
