Her particular area of expertise is teaching young children to become fluent readers and she aims to instill a love of learning to read in every young student. Dr. Michelle was inspired to bring her unique skill set to Scottsdale Children’s Institute because the teachers and supervisors are dedicated to helping each and every child reach their full potential, both academically and socially. When Dr. Michelle is not working with her students, she loves baking and reading.
“I think one of the biggest things that would stand out to anyone coming in is that all of the students are learning in small groups … each student will always be working on something that is individualized for them.”
